Refund Policy

1. Cancellations Due to Weather

​

  • A full refund will be issued for cancellations resulting from severe weather conditions, lot of rain including tornados, hurricane, or hail.

  • Refunds due to high wind conditions are granted at the captain’s discretion based on safety considerations.

  • Cancellations due to temperature,light rain or other non-severe weather conditions are not eligible for a refund.

2. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

    • Cancellations with 5 days or more notice: full refund
    • Cancellations with less than 5 days to 48-hours notice: 50% refund
    • No refunds for less than 48 hour cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals. 

3. Rescheduling Due to Weather or Lake Access

  • Charters may be rescheduled or cancelled at the sole discretion of the captain if weather conditions present safety concerns.

  • Access to additional lakes is limited to the hours that locks are open for passage. Scheduling and access changes may occur due to these operational constraints.
