Refund Policy
1. Cancellations Due to Weather

A full refund will be issued for cancellations resulting from severe weather conditions, including tornados, hurricane, or hail.

Refunds due to high wind conditions are granted at the captain’s discretion based on safety considerations.

Cancellations due to temperature, rain, or other non-severe weather conditions are not eligible for a refund.

2. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
• Cancellations with 5 days or more notice: full refund
• Cancellations with less than 5 days to 24-hours notice: 50% refund
• No refunds for less than 24 hour cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals.
3. Rescheduling Due to Weather or Lake Access

Charters may be rescheduled or cancelled at the sole discretion of the captain if weather conditions present safety concerns.

Access to additional lakes is limited to the hours that locks are open for passage. Scheduling and access changes may occur due to these operational constraints.
