Terms & Conditions
By booking or participating in a pontoon charter with Lake Daddy Pontoon Rentals LLC (“Lake Daddy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payment

A valid reservation and payment are required to secure your pontoon charter.

Prices, availability, and details are listed on our website and may be subject to change without notice.

Full payment or deposit (if offered) is required at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
-
Full refund for cancellations due to severe weather (tornado, hurricane, hail).
-
High wind refunds are at the captain’s discretion.
-
Temperature, rain, or other non-severe weather are not considered refundable.
-
Cancellations with more than 4 days’ notice: full refund.
-
Cancellations 4 days’ and less notice: 50% refund.
-
Anything less then 24hr, No-shows or late arrivals forfeit the booking and payment.
3. Weather & Access

Charters may be rescheduled or cancelled due to weather conditions at the sole discretion of the captain for the safety of all guests.

Access to additional lakes is limited to the hours that locks are open for passage.
4. Liability Waiver
-
All guests must sign a liability waiver prior to boarding. Anyone refusing to sign will not be allowed on the boat.

By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage to the boat or equipment caused by you or your guests during your charter.

There will be no pulling or towing people or objects behind the boat.
5. Safety & Conduct
-
No glass containers of any kind are permitted on board.

Alcohol consumption is permitted only for guests 21 and over. Or if under 21 we follow Wi law they can drink with parent, guardian or spouse who is legal drinking age.

The captain’s decisions regarding safety, conduct, and navigation are final.

Disruptive, unsafe, or illegal behavior will result in immediate termination of the charter without refund.
6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lake Daddy, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any liability, damages, or costs arising from your actions or the actions of your guests during the charter.
7. Use of Images

Lake Daddy may take photos during charters for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, notify us in advance.
8. Personal Property
-
Lake Daddy is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought on board.
9. Changes to Terms
-
Lake Daddy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
By booking, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
